The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly from the doorman to the manager, and the bathrooms are spacious.

Breakfast is weak, the rooms are cramped, dusty, shabby, very bad noise insulation, the hotel does not draw at all 5*.

The pastries and fruit were a nice bonus. The room was super clean and modern, with an awesome view and a bed placed by the window - so cool! Plus, there was an amazing breakfast spread. 🌟

Rooms are great-sized and well-designed with a gorgeous view to Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle, a bed against the window plus great breakfast, food is outstanding.

Cool and modern hotel with spacious and practical rooms. The staff is super friendly and really knows their stuff. The building and rooms have a stylish vibe, and I loved the bed by the window. 

Fabulous staff in suggesting restaurants and places to visit, even to find tickets last second! Unbeatable position and memorable stay.

The room is too small and the bed is not compatible for 2 persons. Overall its not comfortable hotel.

Nothing that I don't like

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Milan. The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. From the hotel, I could easily walk to major attractions like the iconic Duomo and the famous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. 

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff and the location while everything else isn't good at all.

Room extremely small. Showers are lousy to use and makes the whole bathroom wet and even the room gets wet due to the tiny size . It is very expensive for what it is . For sure I will never stay at this hotel again
